These terms apply when you use our Small Space Fixes online store or buy from NGUYEN VIET HUNG, trading as Small Space Fixes ("we").

1. Who sells. We are a small store based in Vietnam. We sell products that our supplier makes and ships directly to you.
2. Product information. Sizes, load and material on the product page are the manufacturer's spec as given to us. We have not tested them ourselves. Drawings are illustrations, not the actual product. Please measure your cabinet before you buy.
3. Prices. Prices are in US dollars and include US shipping. Orders ship from a warehouse in the United States, so there are no import duties to pay. If we make a clear pricing error, we will tell you and offer to cancel with a full refund before we ship.
4. Orders. An order is accepted when we email a confirmation. We may cancel an order we can't fill, with a full refund.
5. Shipping, returns, refunds. Our Shipping and Return and Refund policies are part of these terms.
6. Use of the product. Follow the included instructions. Don't put more weight on it than the manufacturer's listed load. Keep the cabinet dry; fix leaks before you store things under a sink.
7. Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.
8. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
